Our Fitness Summer Camp for Kids
Camp All-Star provides a variety of different sports for kids to participate in. We also provide a fitness summer camp program for children of all skill levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced. We find that most kids enjoy being active and playing games that test their physical endurance and strength. With that in mind we teach them the proper fitness techniques such as cardio, conditioning, strength training, and stretching. We demonstrate ways to incorporate fitness activities and exercises into their daily lives that will help to keep them strong, committed, and healthy while still having fun and spending time with friends. Our summer fitness camp counselors have received extensive training in the area of fitness and also have experience working with boys and girls of all ages. They personalize their coaching so that your child gets the most attention and direction they need both in and out of the gym. With a 3 to 1 camper to counselor ratio, your child will receive individualized fitness instruction to help them become stronger athletes.
