We are so glad that you found us and are considering working at Camp
All-Star this summer. Being a member of the All-Star staff is truly a
life-changing experience. A summer at Camp All-Star at our beautiful Maine location is unbeatable.
Camp All-Star prides itself on hiring only the best. With a
camper-to-counselor ratio of 3-to-1, Camp All-Star is able to provide
more opportunity for individual attention than is found at most camps.
All-Star staff includes college and high school coaches who have been
selected for personality, experience working with children, coaching
ability and athletic specialty, and who have been drawn to Camp
All-Star on recommendation and reputation. We supplement our coaching
staff with college athletes who have demonstrated an ability to lead
and to serve as good role models for children. Most staff are over the age of 21 and have had prior camping and teaching experience. All of our staff
are personally interviewed and selected by the camp directors and all
share a deep and abiding commitment to children and their happiness.
Staff members receive pre-camp training and orientation, and ongoing
support throughout the summer.
Working at Camp All-Star enables each staff member to spend quality
time making a positive difference in the lives of our campers. You get
to do what you love, teach what you are passionate about, and make
life-long friends. With full daily schedules, evening programs, special
events and trips out of camp, a Camp All-Star summer is high-energy and
tons of fun. We believe in “Leading by Example” and challenge each of
